Chapter One:When Words Aren't Enough
Fifty years have passed since "The Great Rebellion" and while the shinobi wolrd is a much safer and secure place hostility between nations is starting to grow faster than their leaders can gather to qwuell it. The most recent and extreme case to date; the report of Konoha nin launching an assault on Kusagakure.Konoha belives its been framed by an unknown party but investigations are pointless now as for the first time in fifty years, war was upon the entire shinobi world as Konoha and its allies battle Kusagakure and their allies in Arashi no Kuni. Despite the situation Tenpei continued to investigate revealling Konoha was indeed framed by a group only known as Mayonaka. Their intentions are unkown but their discoery has lead not to the end of war but rather a cease fire. Konoha and Kusa have agreed to put their epic battle on hold in hopes of capturing the criminals behind their conflict . Despite this the tension has not been eased and all villages are preparing for may soon become the Fifth Great Shinobi war.Because when words are not enough.....
